Move by bamboo is now also officially registered as a NGO (Non-governmental Organisation) in Ghana! Asante, Maclean and Stacy successfully completed this procedure together.

New team member in Ghana

While we are preparing for the construction of the workplace in Ghana, we have added a wonderful new member to our team in Ghana: Stacy Konadu Mensah! As a wheelchair tennis player, she knows very well how valuable access to a proper wheelchair is, and what is means for one's health and quality of life. We are very excited that she is joining our team in Ghana! Read more about Stacy on our page 'who we are'.

Reached our first goal!

We have reached another milestone: the news page of our website is live! And that is just in time because we have some very good news! Thanks to your support, we have reached our goal and raised 2000 euros in just over a month! We are incredibly grateful to all of you - our family, friends (former) colleagues, and supporters. With this start fund, Asante's dream is one step closer to reality, and we can begin building the workshop in Ghana. To stay updated on our progress, you will soon be able to follow us on Instagram.
